Sudan’s Military Warns of RSF Actions in Khartoum and Different Cities
KHARTOUM (Reuters) – The Sudanese military early on Thursday warned of what it described as a “mobilisation of forces and redeployment” by the highly effective Fast Help Forces (RSF) within the capital Khartoum and different cities.
The military in an announcement stated the RSF’s actions symbolize a “clear violation of legislation”.
The assertion represents a uncommon public rebuke to the RSF, a paramilitary group that operates in Sudan below a specialised legislation and with its personal chain of command.
The RSF stated in an earlier assertion that it deploys throughout the nation as a part of its regular duties.
