Report: Rescue efforts underway after partial collapse of bridge over New Mexico river

LOS LUNAS, N.M. — First responders have been trying to find potential victims after a bridge over a New Mexico river partially collapsed Saturday evening.

Los Lunas Hearth Chief John Gabaldon mentioned at the very least two folks have been rescued after the Los Lunas River Bridge collapsed, however others could also be trapped, KOAT-TV reported.

Visitors was closed in each instructions for the bridge in the neighborhood about 24 miles (38.6 kilometers) south of Albuquerque.
