PHOENIX (AP) — Authorities have been investigating the invention of a physique discovered inside a burning trash can in downtown Phoenix on Tuesday.

Police stated the unidentified physique was discovered round 8 a.m. and the case was being known as a murder.

Based on police, the crime scene was close to a big homeless encampment.
