Kyle Cooke Confronts Amanda Batula About Timing of West Wilson Romance During In The City Premiere

Kyle Cooke is seeking answers.

After Amanda Batula and West Wilson’s romance rocked the Summer House world, Bravo’s new series In The City picked up cameras during the fallout of their March revelation, seeing Kyle confront Amanda during the season’s premiere.

“I want to be there for you,” he told his estranged wife during the May 19 episode, “but I also want to take an opportunity to like clear things up, because I look back at the summer and it looked like you were done with me.”

Amanda, however, disagreed with his assessment. 

“That’s what’s so frustrating, is like, I gave our relationship everything I had because I wanted the relationship to work so badly,” she replied, growing emotional. “And like the idea of not existing with you in my life was so impossible for me to wrap my head around, and it’s what made it so hard to call it quits.”

“Which is why it go so f–king messy,” she added, “because I was so afraid that once we ended things, we would just be out of each other’s lives forever—and like I couldn’t handle that.”
