She continued, “I have cheek filler, chin filler, I have Botox pretty much everywhere. I can barely move my face.”

And Kate also detailed her noninvasive treatments. 

“I’m also naturally a blonde, so I dye my hair brown,” she explained. “I have a whole head of extensions. I have fake nails, and I am also naturally super pale, so I do spray tans once a week. I also don’t have natural freckles anymore, because I never go in the sun, so I also draw on freckles every single day.”

Because for her, honesty is the best policy.
