BERLIN (Reuters) – German authorities arrested a 28-year-old Syrian nationwide on Tuesday morning, considered one of two brothers suspected of planning to explode civilian targets utilizing a home made explosives belt for “radical Islamist and jihadist” causes, a press release stated.
