Brazil’s Lula Cancels Journey to China -Press Secretary
BRASILIA (Reuters) – Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva has cancelled his journey to China, which was beforehand scheduled for March 27-31, attributable to medical causes, in keeping with his press secretary on Saturday.
The press secretary launched a medical observe stating that after a scientific analysis, Lula was identified with bacterial and viral bronchopneumonia brought on by influenza A, and remedy has been initiated.
“Regardless of scientific enchancment, the medical service of the Presidency of the Republic recommends suspending the journey to China till the viral transmission cycle ends,” the observe acknowledged.
