HELSINKI, Finland — President Biden mentioned Thursday that Russian President Vladimir Putin has “already misplaced” his conflict in Ukraine and that it’s solely a matter of time till he accepts it as a truth.

Biden made the daring pronouncement throughout a go to to Finland to have fun the longtime impartial Russian neighbor’s admission to NATO this previous April following Moscow’s invasion in February 2022.
