5 Killed in Sinochem Chemical Plant in Shandong Province

BEIJING (Reuters) – 5 folks had been killed, one was lacking and one other injured after an explosion at a Sinochem chemical plant in jap China, native authorities stated on Monday.

The explosion occurred on Monday morning on the hydrogen peroxide manufacturing space of Luxi Chemical within the metropolis of Liaocheng in Shandong province, the Liaocheng Excessive-tech Zone Administration Committee stated in an announcement.

The fireplace has been extinguished, the committee stated, including that the reason for the accident was beneath investigation.
