Warehouses, Grain Silos Damaged in Russian Attacks on Ukraine’s Danube Port – Gov

KYIV (Reuters) – Russian air strikes on southern Ukraine in a single day broken grain silos and warehouses at one of many Danube river ports, a key facility for grains shipments, the governor of the Odesa area on the Black Sea stated on Wednesday.

“Russian terrorists attacked Odesa area twice final night time with assault drones,” Governor Oleh Kiper stated on the Telegram messaging app. “The principle goal is port and grain infrastructure within the south of the area.”

Reuters couldn’t independently confirm the report. There was no fast remark from Russia.

Ukraine’s Air Drive stated that it had destroyed 13 Russia-launched drones over the Odesa and Mykolaiv areas within the south. It was not instantly clear what number of drones Russia launched.
