More details have emerged on the domestic violence allegations that star Bills pass rusher Von Miller is facing in Dallas.

In an arrest-warrant affidavit obtained by the Dallas Morning News, Miller was accused of getting physical with a pregnant woman with whom he has been in a long-term relationship, allegedly shoving her multiple times, yanking her hair and putting his hands around her neck.

Police said that the confrontation began Wednesday morning over upcoming travel plans and that Miller became “visibly angry” when the woman went from the master bedroom to the office of their apartment and slammed the door.

Miller allegedly proceeded to yell at the woman to “get out” of their apartment.

Police said that, as the woman was attempting to gather her belongings to leave, Miller shoved her and she yelled to him, “Stop, I’m pregnant.”

Nonetheless, the affidavit alleged that the woman fell into a chair after Miller stepped on her feet, and the linebacker put a hand on her neck and holding pressure for 3 to 5 seconds.

Police said that the woman felt pain from this but did not struggle breathing.

After that, Miller was accused of grabbing the woman’s phone, throwing her laptop on the ground and stomping on it.

Police said that Miller pulled the woman’s hair, tearing out a chunk and causing her to fall to the floor.

The affidavit continued to allege that the woman started recording Miller on her phone, before putting it into her pocket, after which Miller allegedly grabbed her again, shoved her onto a sofa and put both hands around her neck.

Miller allegedly left the apartment after the woman told him that she was calling the police.

The woman allegedly showed police a recording in which Miller was heard yelling at her to leave the apartment.

She also reportedly showed police text messages with Miller indicating that he knew she was pregnant.

“This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller,” the Bills said in a statement earlier Thursday.

“We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”

Miller is charged with assault of a pregnant person — a third-degree felony — and as of Thursday morning had not turned himself in on his arrest warrant.

Miller, 34, is a three-time All-Pro and two-time Super Bowl champion.
