LONDON (Reuters) – The United Nations Safety Council will maintain its first formal dialogue on synthetic intelligence (AI) this week in New York, with Britain to name for a global dialogue about its affect on international peace and safety.
Governments world wide are contemplating the way to mitigate the risks of rising AI expertise, which might reshape the worldwide economic system and alter the worldwide safety panorama.
Britain holds the rotating presidency of the UN Safety Council this month and has been searching for a world management function in AI regulation.
British International Secretary James Cleverly will chair the dialogue on Tuesday.
