Donald Trump is back in a Manhattan courtroom Tuesday to attend proceedings in the $250 million fraud trial against him.
The civil case against the former president is bench trial, so Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron — not a jury — will decide Trump’s fate.
Trump, sons Eric and Don Jr., and the Trump Organization are accused of a decades-long scheme, in the case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
