The luxe Miami waterfront mansion of future Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady is nearing completion.
The recently retired and newly divorced athlete is in the final stages of completing his posh bachelor pad in the exclusive Indian Creek Island, famously known as “Billionaire Bunker.”
The sprawling estate, located in the exclusive and gated Indian Creek Village, sits just across the waterway from the home of his ex-wife, supermodel Gisele Bündchen.
Brady’s mega-mansion is a vision of opulence, featuring a separate state-of-the-art gym, study, a waterfront pool and spa, outdoor kitchen, lush gardens and a tree-lined driveway leading to a motor court with a multi-car garage.
Renderings obtained by The Post showcase the primary and guest suites with their own terraces.
Aerial images reveal the rapid transformation of Brady’s residence from a construction site to a balmy paradise.
The sprawling back pool terrace boasts several palm trees lining the waterfront and lush landscaping surrounding a rectangle-shaped infinity pool.
Adjacent to the pool is a plush pool cabana. Brady’s property also features a large security house at the entrance overlooking a spacious motor court designed to house his collection of ultra-luxurious cars.
Sources tell The Post that Brady is expected to move into the home in the spring.
Indian Creek Island has become a hotspot for private waterfront properties, attracting billionaires like Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump.
Brady and Bündchen purchased the 2-acre lot at 26 Indian Creek Island Road almost three years ago through an LLC tied to Jeff Soffer’s Fontainebleau Development, with Soffer living next door at 27 Indian Creek Island Road.
This year in June, the LLC secured a $35 million construction loan from JPMorgan Chase for the impressive mansion.
Fontainebleau Construction initiated the project with two notices of commencement filed in 2021, outlining plans for a two-story home with a security building, gym, cabana, pool, and sports court.
Brady retained the property as his primary residence following the amicable division of of assets with Bündchen.
Indian Creek has long been a haven for the uber-wealthy, and Brady is joining the ranks of notable residents.
In June, Jeff Bezos acquired a property for $68 million intending to leave Seattle and make Florida his main home base.
And DJ David Guetta purchased a waterfront spec estate for $69 million.
Since retiring from football, Brady has remained in the spotlight with his Let’s Go! podcast alongside Jim Gray.
Adding to his post-NFL ventures, Brady will be taking on the role of lead NFL analyst for Fox Sports starting in September for the 2024 season.
Meanwhile, Brady’s ex-wife, Gisele Bündchen, has been actively involved in the nearby construction site of her own waterfront home at 1400 Biscaya Drive in Surfside.
Acquiring the property for $11.5 million almost a year ago following their divorce announcement, Bündchen also owns a non-waterfront home in Surfside and a 7.5-acre equestrian estate in Southwest Ranches, showcasing her diverse real estate portfolio.
