“Thursday Night Football” in Pittsburgh came with a scary injury toward the end of the game.

Titans wide receiver Treylon Burks was put on a spinal board and carted off the field after suffering an apparent injury while trying to make a catch during the final minutes of the fourth quarter.

Burks, 23, went down the far sideline in an attempt to catch a deep pass on a fourth-and-4 from quarterback Will Levis, but he dropped the ball as he fell hard on what appeared to be potentially his neck or back.

The game was delayed as team medical personnel attended to him on the side of the field and took off his face mask.

He was eventually put into the cart and had his left thumb up as he was taken off the field.

Per the Amazon broadcast, he had full movement in all of his extremities.

After the game, Titans head coach Mike Vrabel told reporters that Burks was moving, alert and getting attention in the team’s training room.

“Having more of an update hopefully tomorrow,” Vrabel said in his postgame press conference. “But he’s back there being evaluated. But I would say the way it looked, it was probably better than the way it looked.”

Earlier in the 20-16 Pittsburgh win, Steelers linebacker Cole Holcomb was also carted off the field with a knee injury that head coach Mike Tomlin called “serious.”

“Our thoughts and prayers are with him, man,” Tomlin told reporters, per Steelers now.

“I’ll have an update I’m sure the next time we come together regarding the nature of that.”
