Pee-Wee Herman Actor Paul Reubens Dies From Most cancers at 70

LOS ANGELES (AP) — Paul Reubens, the actor and comic whose character Pee-wee Herman grew to become a cultural phenomenon via movies and TV reveals, has died.

Reubens died Sunday evening after a six-year battle with most cancers that he didn’t make public, his publicist mentioned in a press release.

“Please settle for my apology for not going public with what I’ve been dealing with the final six years,” Reubens mentioned in a press release launched with the announcement of his dying. “I’ve at all times felt an enormous quantity of affection and respect from my associates, followers and supporters. I’ve cherished you all a lot and loved making artwork for you.”
