One can never have too much Chipotle, at least according to Nets star Mikal Bridges.

The 27-year-old forward admitted that he’s eaten food from the popular fast-casual Mexican restaurant every day for nearly 10 years, making the revelation in a video interview with GQ in which he discussed the 10 things he can’t live without.

“Still been on it heavy to this day,” Bridges said in the video. “I have friends and family that [tease] me a little bit. It’s too fire to not have every single time, so it don’t disappoint.”

The clip of Bridges has quickly gone viral on TikTok, with the 48-second video from GQ garnering 75,000 likes since it was posted.

Furthermore, Front Office Sports calculated that Bridges has eaten over $50,000 worth of Chipotle if he has indeed had it every day since 2013.

If you’re wondering what the go-to order is when Bridges stops at his local Chipotle, he said it was white rice, double chicken, medium and mild salsa, no beans, corn and lettuce.

“I used to get the hot salsa,” he explained. “But I don’t know if y’all know, that hot salsa I don’t know what they did to it these past couple years, but I just take one bite and I just be like chugging water. It still ain’t helping. It just be painful eating a bowl. I felt soft because I love spicy food and I’m just like bruh I’ve been eating this hot sauce for all these years.

“Rest in peace to the hot sauce.”

While Nets fans may be learning of Bridges’ Chipotle fandom for the first time, it’s something that he has made public for quite some time.

During a feature for CloseUp360 back in 2020, Bridges discussed his fandom of the chain.

He said back then that he first doubted the hype around the food when he was in high school but came around after he tried it with one of his friends.

“I remember in the summer we went every single day,” he said in the feature. “Like we would work out and stuff and then go and get Chipotle ever single day.”

His love of the restaurant and his constant posting about it on social media eventually led the company to send him his own custom card allowing him to get free Chipotle for a year.

Bridges joined the Nets last season as part of the return in the trade that sent Kevin Durant to Phoenix and ended Brooklyn’s superstar era.

Along with Cam Johnson, Bridges has become one of Brooklyn’s main offensive focal points.

Bridges has averaged 21.6 points in 30 games this season for the Nets on 45.8 percent shooting from the field and 36.5 percent from 3-point range.

He played just 12 minutes in Wednesday night’s loss to the Bucks.

“Didn’t like the choice and whatever that was,” Bridges said of not playing much, according to The Post’s Zach Braziller.

“But it’s whatever. Definitely was not a fan.”
