Natalie Portman bluntly reacts to Benjamin Millepied split rumors

Natalie Portman can’t stand the gossip about her marriage, the actress said in a new interview for Vanity Fair’s annual Hollywood issue, which hits newsstands in March.

When asked about swirling rumors that she’s split from husband of 11 years Benjamin Millepied, the “May December” actress told the glossy, “It’s terrible, and I have no desire to contribute to it.”

Reports have speculated since summer 2023 that Portman, 42, and the 46-year-old French choreographer, with whom she shares two children, have parted ways. The pair have neither confirmed nor denied it.

Portman was one of 11 red-hot stars the magazine caught up with during the frenzy of award season.

One who’s been on fire all winter is “Saltburn” actor Barry Keoghan, 31, who bared all about his biggest similarity with mischievous character Oliver.

“I do dance around naked though, in my house,” the Irish sensation said. “Everyone does, man. We all sing in the shower. We all act silly when we’re alone and we feel this freedom. It’s one thing that I did relate to.”

British actress Jodie Comer also wanted to connect with her role of Kathy in the upcoming film “The Bikeriders,” out June 21. She took extreme measures, though, and it nearly sent her to the emergency room.

“One thing I did with Kathy — which I will never do again, because I don’t smoke in real life — was that I was smoking a little bit at home,” she said, adding that it’s a pet peeve of hers when actors obviously have never taken a puff. “And I went to light the cigarette on the gas hub and the flame singed my eyelashes.”

“Mandalorian” favorite Pedro Pascal gave a sneak peek of director Ridley’s Scott’s “Gladiator 2,” out Nov. 22, and said he couldn’t believe his eyes while shooting the epic.

“I have not been on a set as impressive as ‘Gladiator’’s,” Pascal, 48, said. “Ridley leaves very little to the imagination in the most old-fashioned sense.”

Another ambitious set was erected for “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice,” the sequel to Tim Burton’s 1988 horror-comedy that hits theaters Sept. 5. The production recreated the original’s tony town in the exact same place it stood 36 years ago — East Corinth, Vermont — star Jenna Ortega said.

“They rebuilt Winter River, which was insane. All of the locals were so excited,” 21-year-old Ortega, who plays the daughter of Winona Ryder’s Lydia Deetz, told Vanity Fair. “For a lot of the cast that was revisiting Vermont, it felt weird to rush such a sentimental moment for them, seeing that house again and being together and calling each other by the same names again.”

The magazine also chatted with Oscar nominees Bradley Cooper, Lily Gladstone, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Colman Domingo, along with Charles Melton and Greta Lee.
