Leah Remini is accusing the Church of Scientology of threatening and harassing her since she left the group a decade in the past.

The Emmy winner filed a lawsuit Aug. 1 in opposition to the church and its chief, David Miscavige, alleging they created a “marketing campaign to destroy and destroy the life and livelihood of Leah Remini” as soon as she left.

“For the previous ten years, Ms. Remini has been stalked, surveilled, harassed, threatened, intimidated,” reads the Los Angeles lawsuit, obtained by E! Information, “and, furthermore, has been the sufferer of intentional malicious and fraudulent rumors through a whole bunch of Scientology-controlled and -coordinated social media accounts that exist solely to intimidate and unfold misinformation.” 

The King of Queens actress was a Scientologist for 40 years earlier than she left the church in 2013. Since then, she’s change into “an outspoken public advocate for victims of Scientology,” per the go well with.
