Kentucky center faculty principal arrested first day on the job

A Kentucky center faculty principal was arrested Monday, his first on the job, based on native experiences. 

Leroy Littles Sr., 44, began work Monday because the principal at Olmsted Academy North in Louisville.

A “Welcome, Principal Littles” signal was positioned in entrance of the college, WDRB-TV reported.

Littles was taken into custody over a Dec. 25, 2022, home violence incident.

He was served an arrest warrant on the faculty for fourth-degree assault and third-degree terroristic threatening.

A police report obtained by the information outlet stated Littles had arrived at his girlfriend’s dwelling when she was seen leaving with an ex-boyfriend.

As Littles started arguing together with her, he allegedly assaulted the previous boyfriend, who had accidents to his face and head.

When Hillview cops arrived on the scene, Littles was gone.

The sufferer reportedly has video of the alleged assault and gave it to the Bullitt County Lawyer’s Workplace days after.

The Jefferson County Public Faculties (JCPS) district issued a letter to folks concerning the arrest.

“You’ll have seen or heard native media tales about allegations towards Olmsted North Principal Leroy Littles, Sr. The fees are unrelated to JCPS,” it learn. 

An assistant principal was positioned in control of the college, the district stated.
