Jordan Montgomery has finally finally found a new home — and it’s not New York.

The left-hander has agreed to a contract with the Diamondbacks, The Post’s Jon Heyman and Joel Sherman confirmed on Tuesday night.

Montgomery, who won the World Series with the Rangers in 2023, will get paid $25 million this season with a vesting option for a second, according to Heyman.

He will need to make 10 starts this season to make the second year vest.

Sherman reported Monday that the Mets and Yankees both had not shut the door on bringing in Montgomery.

That is now not an option as he joins the reigning NL champions.
