Just like Aaron Rodgers, Sauce Gardner can be a fan of this five-letter phrase.

The Jets’ star cornerback, 22, delivered a message to followers Monday after a coaching camp picture of himself and “Up & Adams” host Kay Adams sparked on-line chatter.

“Yall gotta chill out lol,” Gardner tweeted.

The image in question, which has since amassed 4.5 million views on Twitter, options Adams and Gardner smiling on the Jets’ facility with the caption, “Sauce Alert.”

“Sauce locked in as at all times,” one fan commented.

Another user remarked: “Sauce collects Ws each single day. It’s unreal.”

“Shams received’t like this,” one commenter posted.

The “Shams” comment is likely a reference to Adams’ November 2022 change with The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

When the NBA insider appeared on “Up & Adams” last fall, he spoke about lacking out on issues in his private life as he continued to determine himself within the business.

“So when we have now children,” Adams stated with fun. “No, I’m kidding! I’m completely kidding! When you could have children…”

When a viewer tweeted, “Congrats in your future kids collectively,” Adams responded, “lol he shut that down FAST.”

Along with spending time with Gardner, the league’s reigning Defensive Rookie of the 12 months, Adams engaged with quarterback Aaron Rodgers and a number of other members of the Jets’ brass as part of the “Up & Adams” training camp tour.

Rodgers, who as soon as famously instructed Packers followers to “R-E-L-A-X,” was traded to the Jets in April after spending the primary 18 years of his profession in Inexperienced Bay.

The four-time league MVP has continued to embrace his new environment, all the while bonding with his new teammates, Gardner, particularly.

“Change may be tough for positive, particularly when it’s that drastic, 18 years in a single spot,” Rodgers said in July. “However for those who can lean into it and embrace it, there are some actually stunning issues on the opposite aspect and I’ve been experiencing them to this point.”
