Jessie James Decker believes Taylor Swift should’ve been an NFL WAG a long time ago.
The country singer, married to former Jets wideout Eric Decker, explained why she is all for Swift dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
“I love it,” Decker said on “TalkShopLive” on Tuesday while promoting her new “Just Eat” cookbook. “It totally makes sense.
“She should’ve dated an athlete a long time ago.”
When the host asked why, Decker said, “I don’t know, cause it worked for me! I love it!”
The Kittenish founder, who’s expecting her fourth child with the retired wide receiver, laughed before being asked about Swift’s appearances at Kelce’s games.
“Do you have to go to every game?” the host asked, to which Decker said, “No!
“I didn’t go to every game. There were times when it was late or it was a different city. I sat home in my jammies and screamed from my couch.
“Absolutely you can’t go to every game.”
Swift attended Chiefs games in Weeks 3 and 4 in Kansas City and at MetLife Stadium against the Jets, cheering on the team from private suites with Kelce’s parents, Donna and Ed.
The blonde beauty was not in attendance at U.S. Bank Stadium for the Chiefs matchup with the Vikings in Week 5.
Swift reunited with Kelce’s parents, as well as her new pal, Brittany Matthews — the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes — at Arrowhead Stadium for the Chiefs-Broncos game on Oct. 12.
The pop superstar and All-Pro tight end spent the weekend together in New York, where they were photographed holding hands on two occasions.
The Kelce-Swift craze started when the NFL star publicly expressed that he wanted to meet the singer during an episode of his “New Heights” podcast in August.
Kelce explained that he failed to give Swift a friendship bracelet in-person when he attended her Eras Tour the month prior in Kansas City.
Soon thereafter, Swift was popping up at Chiefs games, and now the pair are reportedly heating up fast.
It’s unclear if Swift will be in attendance at Arrowhead Stadium when the Chiefs host the Chargers on Sunday.
