Jamie-Lynn Sigler Shares Update on Christina Applegate Amid Health Concerns

Jamie-Lynn Sigler has been checking in with Christina Applegate.

Two weeks after the Anchorman actress noted “health issues are a constant for me” amid reports that she had been hospitalized, her longtime friend spoke about Christina’s ongoing battle with multiple sclerosis.

“She’s doing better, she’s getting stronger, she’s doing well,” Jamie-Lynn said on the May 5 episode of Watch What Happens Live. “We love her.”

Plus, the Sopranos alum added, “She’s talked openly about having to be in and out of the hospital for different things.”

Jamie-Lynn, who went public with her own MS battle in 2016, also spoke about how “helpful” her and Christina’s MeSsy podcast is for them to discuss their health journeys.

“It’s just really a chance for her and I to speak openly and honestly about what we’re dealing with,” she explained. “Sometimes when you get very specific on what you’re going through, it becomes universal because we’re all just trying our best.”

Following a report that Christina had been hospitalized in March, the Dead to Me alum shared her appreciation for the “outpouring” of support she received.
