Jada Pinkett Smith reacts to Will Smith and Duane Martin sex claims

Jada Pinkett Smith has threatened legal action against Will Smith’s alleged former assistant Brother Bilaal.
Bilaal recently claimed that he walked in on the “Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” actor, 55, having sex with actor Duane Martin in a dressing room years ago.
Hours after the claims made headlines, Jada, 52, told TMZ on Wednesday: “We suin’!”
It’s unclear if Pinkett Smith was serious about consulting her lawyers, but a source told TMZ that Will is “actually weighing his legal options, so there could be some truth to Jada’s response.”
Additionally, a rep for Smith told the outlet Tuesday: “This story is completely fabricated and the claim is unequivocally false.”
As The Post previously reported, Bilaal appeared on the “Unwine With Tasha K” podcast and alleged that he “opened the door to Duane’s dressing room” and saw “Duane having anal sex with Will” over a couch at the time.
Martin, who has yet to address the claims, was previously married to actress Tisha Campbell from 1996 to 2020.
Jada and Will, meanwhile, married in 1997, but have been separated for the past seven years. While promoting her memoir “Worthy” last month, she hit back at multiple rumors that the pair have dealt with over the course of their relationship.
When “Today” show’s Hoda Kotb brought up whether they’re in an open marriage, are swingers, or one of them is gay, Pinkett Smith simply replied: “I would say that none of that’s true.”
Amid the bombshell-filled promotional tour, she also revealed that she and the “Emancipation” actor have had “completely separate lives” since 2016.
“I think just not being ready yet,” she said as to why she didn’t publicly discuss what was happening behind closed doors. “Still trying to figure out between the two of us how to be in partnership, right? And in regards to how do we present that to people? And we hadn’t figured that out.”
She added that while the two are still legally married, there is no romance between them.
Jada noted that her love with Will is “fractured” and she has thought of legally divorcing him through the years.
“By the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying. I think we were both kind of just still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be,” Jada said.
“I made a promise that there will never be a reason for us to get a divorce. We will work through whatever,” she continued. “And I just haven’t been able to break that promise.”
The Post reached out to both Smith and Martin for comment.
