(Reuters) – A former insurgent chief and politician in Niger, Rhissa Ag Boula, has created a political motion known as the Council of Resistance for the Republic (CRR) to revive ousted President Mohamed Bazoum to energy, he mentioned in a press release seen on Wednesday.
