A Jewish mom and her child were called the “devil” by a man who maniacally laughed at them while blocking the bike lane in Washington DC.

The mother-of-three said she was harassed by an unlawful driver who told her and her toddler’s lives were “not of my concern” after she asked the man to move his large SUV out of the lane.

“I don’t give a f–k about your safety. Your life is not my concern,” the male yelled out.

The mom, who was trying to safely get down the road on her way to school pickup, started filming the encounter.

The woman and her child – who was sitting calmly in the front basket of her cargo trike – were unable to get around his large car, which was blocking the whole road.

“I could not go around without biking into oncoming traffic, hence asking him to move,” she said on X.

Moments later, the man asked her if she was Jewish. She confirmed she was and he began to laugh crazily at her, saying he “knew” she “was a Jew” as he waved his finger out the window at her.

“You people are the devil,” he said. “You are the devil.”

He tells a woman in his car to “grab the camera” before calling the mother “trash” and “entitled.”

“This went on for a long time and I got flustered,” she said on X. “I’m trying to ride my bike in the bike lane to pick up my kids. He is fully blocking the bike lane, so I’m asking him to move out of the way. I started recording when he pulled his car forward and started cursing at me.”

The woman said she got the man’s license plate number but refused to make it public as she didn’t believe doxxing him would be helpful.

She said she is seeking “better protection, education, and enforcement for bike lanes,” as well as, “awareness that this genre of antisemitism is still out there.”

The mother and her toddler had to wait 15 minutes for the man to leave the lane so she could pick up her other two children at school.

Anti-Semitism has been on the rise since Hamas attacked Israel on Oct. 7.

Several major cities, including New York City, have seen various incidents of hatred toward Jews, including people ripping down posters with kidnapped Israelis’ faces on them.
