Central Banks of Indonesia and Singapore Start Trial on Cross-Border QR Code Payments

JAKARTA (Reuters) – Indonesia’s central financial institution mentioned on Thursday it had began a trial of cross-border QR code funds with its Singaporean counterpart.

Each have set a goal of introducing the system within the second half of this 12 months, in response to an earlier assertion from Singapore’s central financial institution.
