Initially cooperating till he was about two toes away from the suspect, Sadek stated he realized the gun seemed pretend and determined to go for his weapon. Sadek stated there was a driver within the automobile who helped the suspect go away the scene. He added that the way by which the suspect held the gun along with his left hand seemed pretend.
