Breece Hall has bold guarantees for 2024 season: ‘I will be an All Pro’

Breece Hall is already setting goals for the 2024 season.

The second-year Jets running back took to social media on Wednesday night after the NFL Pro Bowl rosters were announced, and while Hall was not among those heading to Orlando this year, he did have plenty of guarantees for next year.

“Telling yall now 2024: I will be a Top RB. I Will be in the Pro Bowl. I Will be an All Pro. And it will continue years after that,” he wrote on X.

Though he will not be joining defensive standouts Sauce Gardner and Quinnen Williams this year, Hall has come back from a torn ACL in 2022 to have a solid 2023, especially over the last few weeks.

Over the last two weeks, the 22-year-old running back has picked up 179 rushing yards and three total touchdowns, two on the ground and one through the air.

While the Iowa State product with likely finish shy. of 1,000 yards rushing this season, he does have a team-best 1,395 total yards from scrimmage (816 on the ground and 579 receiving).

He’s proven to be a dual threat out of the back field, ranking second on the Jets in targets this season (93) only behind Garrett Wilson’s 163.

His eight total touchdowns — four apiece rushing and receiving — lead the team.

I think it takes time for these ACL injuries to take some playing time,” Jets coach Robert Saleh told The Post’s Brian Costello last week. “Remember, he missed all OTAs, missed all the training camp, just trying to train. Not to give him an out or anything, but at the same time I do think he’s improved so much in terms of just not being satisfied. I want to make sure I’m saying this right, but understanding, take what the defense gives and your athleticism will do the rest, so he is lowering his shoulder.

“He is getting vertical. He is being opportunistic in terms of finding lanes and clear space to run through and he’s been doing an awesome job the last few weeks. He looks awesome, and then hopefully continues to get better.” 

But Hall was not the only Jet who seemed to want more next season.

Linebacker Quincy Williams posted on X: “2024: Leave No Doubt,” after he was left off the Pro Bowl roster.

He has recorded 131 total tackles, two forced fumbles and two sacks this season but will not be heading south with his brother Quinnen for the showcase.
