An allegedly intoxicated boat driver crashed into the shore of the Lake of the Ozarks late Saturday evening, sending the boat smashing into a house and ejecting all eight folks onboard, authorities mentioned.
The 2014 Nortech motorboat plowed into the lakeside home round 11:55 p.m. on the 1.3-mile mark of the Osage Arm in Miller County, according to a report from the Missouri State Freeway Patrol.
The boat — powered by three outboard motors — first ran aground, then launched into the house and overturned, ejecting the passengers.
