This rose has wilted.
“Bachelorette” alum Rachel Lindsay and her husband, Bryan Abasolo, have officially split.
Abasolo filed for divorce on Sunday, noting that the pair have been “living different lives.”
According to the filing obtained by The Blast, the chiropractor is seeking spousal support from his estranged wife.
Abasolo, 43, is also claiming that the pair’s North Hollywood home be designated a community property.
The pair, who met and fell in love on Season 13 of “The Bachelorette” in 2017, do not have any children.
Abasolo’s decision to end his marriage to the reality star comes after Lindsay, 38, revealed that she and her ex-husband were reportedly working on protecting their marriage by keeping their private lives out of the public eye.
“We don’t put ourselves out there at all [except] maybe an anniversary or a holiday [post here and there], but I think I did that because people were so critical of us when we came off the show,” Lindsay said during an appearance on “The Viall Files” podcast.
Lindsay — who was the first black person to lead the popular ABC dating show — tied the knot with Abasolo in August 2019 during a wedding ceremony in Mexico.
“When we came off the show, you feel the pressure of having to show people how we’re doing,” the TV personality explained during an appearance on Kaitlyn Bristowe’s “Off the Vine” podcast. “They want that because they fell in love with us as a couple and want to see how we’re doing and check-in.”
According to Lindsay, Abasolo often felt like he had to “perform” for the show’s die-hard fans while adding that rumors and the public’s vested interest in the pair often caused friction in the pair’s marriage.
“I remember being in public at a grocery store and it felt like people were watching us,” Lindsay continued. “They were watching our conversation and body language.”
During the appearance, Lindsay also recalled one time when her hunky ex-husband was spotted walking away from her and the internet exploded with conspiracies.
“I don’t even know why he walked away, maybe he had to throw something away,” Lindsay told Bristowe, also a former “Bachelorette.”
“They blew it up into this whole thing and I felt anxiety to have to perform for people I don’t even know and they don’t know me,” Lindsay said.
