At Least 11 Tornadoes Hit the Chicago Space This Week, Climate Service Says

CHICAGO (AP) — A tornado outbreak that swept the Chicago space this week produced no less than 11 twisters, and preliminary findings present they had been comparatively weak, the Nationwide Climate Service stated Friday.

No accidents had been reported when Wednesday’s storms ripped roofs from buildings and toppled timber within the Chicago space and factors west. One twister touched down close to O’Hare Worldwide Airport, sending passengers dashing for shelter and disrupting lots of of flights.
