Ex-Raider Henry Ruggs to plead responsible in DUI case that killed 23-year-old girl

Henry Ruggs is predicted to plead responsible in reference to a DUI case that claimed of the lifetime of a 23-year-old girl in 2021.

Las Vegas resident Tina Tintor died, engulfed in flames, following a collision by which Ruggs, a former Raiders wideout, was accused of driving over 150 miles per hour on metropolis streets after ingesting at TopGolf.

Ruggs’ attorneys mentioned that he would enter a responsible plea, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Ruggs will plead responsible to at least one rely of misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter and one rely of DUI leading to loss of life, according to ESPN.

He faces between three and 10 years in Nevada state jail.

If Ruggs had been convicted of all 5 of his fees, together with felony DUI leading to loss of life, he could have faced up to 46 years in prison.

Ruggs confronted the costs after he allegedly had a blood alcohol content of .161, about twice the authorized driving restrict.

Ruggs was accused of driving 156 miles per hour seconds earlier than the collision, which occurred at 127 miles per hour.

Ruggs was released by the Raiders day after the crash.

In 20 profession NFL video games, Ruggs had 50 catches for 921 yards and 4 touchdowns.

After the crash, then-Raiders quarterback Derek Carr said that Ruggs needed love.

“And if nobody else will do it, I’ll do it,” Carr mentioned.
