Venezuelan Parliament Passes Legislation to Seize Property Linked to Corruption Circumstances
CARACAS (Reuters) – Venezuela’s ruling party-controlled Nationwide Meeting on Thursday accredited a regulation permitting the federal government to grab belongings linked to corruption instances, because it investigates irregularities at state oil firm PDVSA and different state firms.
Based on the regulation, the federal government would promote these belongings to finance public providers, infrastructure and social packages.
