WASHINGTON (Reuters) – President Joe Biden mentioned on Monday he plans to run once more as he gears up for a bruising re-election battle, amid expectations of a proper announcement by way of video as quickly as Tuesday.

“I instructed you I am planning on operating once more. And you will know extra actual quickly,” Biden instructed reporters on Monday.
