Ghouls haunt evacuated Orange County blast zone — cops make multiple arrests
Looters have begun targeting empty homes in Orange Country after the toxic tank leak forced the evacuation for up to 50,000 residents for their homes.
Police have confirmed seven arrests have been made as prowlers moved into deserted streets in Garden Grove that surround the GKN Aerospace facility.

The streets were evacuated on Thursday afternoon because an overheating tank of potentially deadly methyl methacrylate was threatening to explode.
President Donald Trump granted a federal emergency declaration Monday after California Gov. Gavin Newsom and other state officials spent days warning that a dangerous chemical leak in Garden Grove was at risk of spiraling into a catastrophic explosion.
