Exclusive | Billionaire Stephen Cloobeck makes shock decision on wedding to ‘thieving’ Penthouse Pet — as all her secrets spill out

A billionaire Beverly Hills mogul has revealed he is still marrying his Penthouse Pet bride-to-be — despite claims she thieved off old men.

Stephen Cloobeck, 64, and Adva Lavie, 28, announced earlier this year they were getting hitched in Jerusalem on June 18 before it was derailed by her arrest and ankle monitor.

She is currently not allowed to leave California as she appears in court, after pleading not guilty to six felony charges for allegedly preying on old men through dating apps.

Yet Cloobeck told the California Post he still wants to marry her, saying: “The marriage is still on, the date is now a secret.”

When and where the wedding will take place has not been revealed, but it appears unlikely she will be able to go to Jerusalem unless a judge removes her anle monitor.

Lavie has been in and out of a Los Angeles courthouse for months and begging to have her electronic monitoring ankle bracelet removed since November.

In a motion presented to the court, Lavie included racy modeling photos and letters from potential employers to illustrate that she couldn’t prance around in a bathing suit with an ankle monitor.

In one of photos the Penthouse Pet is in a bikini strutting down a runway. In another she has on a tiara. Another shows her posing pool side.

One letter in the motion addressed to the court from Morio Parker, the founder of the Ganja Collection calls Lavie “an indispensable asset to our brand” and goes on to say: “Her image is inextricably linked to our corporate identity.”

Parker points to an upcoming ad campaign and asks the judge to “remove the ankle monitoring and mitigate the irreparable damage being done to her career”.

“The presence of an ankle monitor would make the resulting footage unusable,” he says.

In another letter from Brian Lucey, “a music mastering engineer on 11 Grammy winners,” he says: “I would not be able to hire her for any future music videos planned on the schedule.”

The Penthouse Pet has been out of California at least once since being under electronic monitoring. Footage of Cloobeck proposing to Lavie in February at an ultra exclusive Las Vegas fundraiser while A-listers looked on went viral.

Cloobeck was hosting disgraced dem House Rep Eric Swalwell when he was first accused of multiple allegations of sexual misconduct and assault. Cloobeck eventually booted the ex Congressman out of his lavish mansion.

Lavie has been married before to porn star Edan Ives who described the couple’s unconventional, sex-filled lifestyle in a letter to the judge writing: “We are an open-minded couple that believes in non-monogamous relationships” and added they plan to start a family.

They mutually filed for divorce in March.

Her court case is expected to go to trial towards the end of May. If convicted on all counts, Lavie faces up to 11 years, eight months in state prison.
