Liberia Presidential Election Goes to Run-Off – Electoral Commission
MONROVIA (Reuters) – Liberia’s electoral commission announced a presidential election run-off on Tuesday after full provisional results showed that the two frontrunners, President George Weah and opposition leader Joseph Boakai, had failed to secure more than 50% of votes cast.
