Sam Asghari confirms divorce from Britney Spears: ‘S–t happens’

Britney Spears’ husband, Sam Asghari, has confirmed that he and the “Poisonous” singer are ending “their journey collectively” — following the information that he filed for divorce.

“After 6 years of affection and dedication to one another my spouse and I’ve determined to finish our journey collectively,” Asghari, 29, wrote in a press release posted to his Instagram Story.

“We are going to maintain onto the love and respect we now have for one another and I want her one of the best at all times. Shit occurred. Asking for privateness appears rediculous (sic) so I’ll simply ask for everybody together with media to be form and considerate,” he concluded.

The Put up has contacted reps for Spears, 41, and Asghari for remark.

The health coach filed for divorce from the pop star Wednesday, simply hours after information of their cut up broke, several outlets reported.

The couple married on June 9, 2022.
