2-year-old boy shot in broad daylight NYC shooting: NYPD

A 2-year-old boy was shot in the Bronx in broad daylight, police said.

The child was wounded in the right buttock on East Fordham Road and the Grand Concourse at around 1:45 p.m. Saturday, cops said.

The toddler was brought to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition, the NYPD said. Mayor Adams briefly surveyed the crime scene and spoke with investigators.

Police late Saturday were piecing together the circumstances that led to the shooting.

Cops said they are looking for a man in his 30s wearing a green hooded sweatshirt, a black jacket with fur around the collar, light blue jeans and possibly red sneakers.

The suspect was last spotted running northbound on Crescent Avenue, authorities said.

Police recovered multiple shell casings in front of 151 East Fordham Rd.

The shooting occurred in front of a Capital One bank, a cop at the scene said. Glass across the street at a TD Bank was shattered by gunfire.

“We don’t know if there was a crossfire or multiple people [involved]. We don’t know yet,” an NYPD spokesman said.

Witnesses told The Post there were three suspects and the boy got grazed by a bullet.
